Via your Browser and Virtual Authenticator
You must first enroll your browser via the InWebo enrollment page with the InWebo User Profile (ex: INSERMXX) and Secure Site ID (9-digit number, ex: 123456789) provided by your Administrator.
You can also retrieve a Secure Site ID by clicking on the "Enroll your Browser" button.
Once your browser is enrolled, click on the "Connect" button.
Virtual Authenticator opens and asks you to enter the PIN code that you defined during browser enrollment.
If you are successfully authenticated, Virtual Authenticator generates a one-time password which is sent to the KITRY EHS server for validation.
If the validation is successful you are redirected to the application.
Via your Smartphone in Push mode
You must first install from the InWebo download site
either the InWebo Authenticator App application on your mobile phone
or the InWebo Authenticator Desktop application on your computer.
Enroll the InWebo Authenticator application with the InWebo User Profile (ex: INSERMXX) and the Secure Site ID (9-digit number, ex: 123456789) provided by your Administrator.
Once the InWebo Authenticator application has been enrolled, specify your InWebo User Profile in the field above and click on the "Connect" button.
An authentication request is sent to the InWebo Authenticator application on your mobile phone or computer.
Enter your PIN code in the InWebo Authenticator application.
If the validation is successful, you are redirected to the application.
First of all, you need a Secure Site ID which is a 9-digit number (ex: 123456789) that is used to enroll your Browser on the Inwebo websiteAuthenticator.
If your Administrator has already provided you with a Secure Site ID, you can skip this step and directly enroll your BrowserAuthenticator as explained in step
To receive a Secure Site ID by email, please enter your 3-digit Kitry-EHS User Account ID as well as your Email Address as it is specified in your Kitry account properties and click on the “Receive a Secure Site ID” button.
To enroll your Browser please enter your Secure Site ID on the InWebo website enrollment page, available here: Virtual Authenticator
When you have successfully enrolled your Browser, close this window and click on "Connect"
To enroll Authenticator please open the application et enter your Security site ID.
When you have successfully enrolled Authenticator, close this window and click on "Connect"
